Why does my husband encourages me to dupe other men?

Well anytime I tell my husband there is a particular guy pestering me, he tells me to take money from them. He gives me idea on how to rip them. Well I dont understand this, we are poor but should my husband really be doing this? Does he love me? I am currently away from home and there is a guy who keeps bothering me, when i told my husband, he wants me to take 2000 dollars from this guy. I am so sick and tired of this........what your advice guys??
