How do you find audition songs that aren't overdone?

f you go to the MTI (Musical Theatre International) website, on every show page they have song samples. You could listen through a few of those to find songs you like and ocnnect with and then proceed from there to locate the sheet music or karaoke tracks. The more obscure the song, the harder it will be to find sheet music and tracks though. It will give you an idea of what is out there.
