Where is the defrost heater?

Hi & thanks so much for the help! It's a GE mod# GSS23QST, side by side. Put in a circuit board & still experiencing ice on the back of the freezer compartment. I should've tried a multimeter first. sigh. Anyways, the evap core is iced up, so I'm uming it's the heater. Thanks again for your input!
