What are the permit and tax ramifications of an office trailer in Florida?

I am looking at putting an office trailer on my property as a storage building. I am zoned AG. It is 24'X52'. I am not planning on hooking up septic or water to it. Would that be a taxable building? Also, would it require a permit?
