How to increase weight of fish?

i am doing business of supplying fish. i take fish from the fisherman and supply to export company now the problem is when i take it from fisherman its 100kg but when i reach to company its 95 or 90 kg because the water in the fish gets out during trasportation can any one suggest any chemical which solve my problem.the fish is of sea and its dead.
