I'm looking for a song, Zombies, I Eat Cannibals or sumthing?

I'm not sure if Zombies/Cannibals are the singers or the song titles but theres this song i'm after.. i think its well-known and has a familar sounding tune to it... possibly 60s music.. i really can't be sure.. i think one title could possibly be 'I Eat Cannibals' (maybe there is a song by that name) but just not the one i'm after.. i really don't know.. any ideas people ?? please
